About Dane Landrith, Owner
Born into farming and construction families, Dane Landrith was destined to be a builder. After finishing at San Diego State University, he was determined to strike out on a different path, but destiny being what it is, he got his General Contractors license in 2014. Since then, Dane started a family and moved his business to the Central Coast. Being close to family for the journey that is raising children was the primary motivating factor, but getting back to his agricultural roots is a nice addition, too. With the knowledge and experience of having worked on custom homes from San Diego to San Francisco, Dane and the crew at Landrith Custom are here for you to lean on with your next remodel or custom build.
About Joel Vandenburg, Managing Partner
Joel Vandenburg was born in California, and raised in Oregon and Hawaii. He has worked in the trades for over 15 years. Joel enjoys all aspects of the building and/or remodeling process, and has managed projects all over the West Coast and Hawaii. A family man first, Joel appreciates the quiet country life in SLO County; although his house is rarely quiet: horses chickens, dogs and…. A 6 year old boy. Never a dull moment on his Huasna ranchita.
