Dane’s done some great work for our office. He took a balcony we never use and turned it into a place where our patients can do their warm ups with a beautiful ocean view. Dane has also been quick to look at other projects for us and give us his professional opinion and bid. We look forward to moving on those projects in the future. Dane recently completed a partial kitchen remodel to repair an insurance claim which included drywall repair, wall & shutter painting, and installation of a new tile floor.  He was there to help throughout  the process from negotiating pricing with the insurance company to making sure the work was completed to my satisfaction.  Dane is very easy to work with, his crew showed up everyday on time, and the job was completed on schedule.  No surprises, no drama!  Honestly, the least stressful construction work I’ve ever had done.  He always did what he said he would do.  And, even better, the job looks amazing!  I’m very particular about the quality of finish work and this scores high in my ratings.  I highly recommend Landrith Custom!

I have had Landrith custom builders, remodel a home, build an accessory unit, and he pulled the permits. After water damage from a broke pipe, he worked with remediation and the insurance company to make my house safe. In addition he has done frame work, heating and plumbing, masonry, irrigation, water heaters, electrical, and more. Dane the owner is honest and I trust him with the care of my homes. I know that he is giving me a fair market quote for each job. Hi is also attentive to all of his employees to make sure the job is done right. the quality of his work is amazing and of high quality. W I will cont to be worry free when Landrith construction is hired to do the work on my homes. I Highly recommend Landrith custom builders.
